We are flexible with our terms for working together:
- as full subcontractors for providing IT services
- providing IT staff but under your management
- providing office sections but staffed and managed by your own company
- renting floors of our purpose built IT building
- selling you an entire IT building built to your design

  Our outsourcing services are based in
the Philippines near Angeles City and
Clark International Airport (CRK).
  Due to the extensive variety of colleges
in Central Luzon north of Manila, we are
able to provide IT support over a range
of disciplines, including law, medicine,
pharmacy, nursing, marketing, accounting,
and computer science in addition to
providing you general business support.
  All staff have benefited from an English
language education from primary school.
With the large population base in the
Philippines - which is our center for
operations - Belarms should be able to
meet your IT or outsourcing needs.

 Police forces, public surveillance for roads
and railways (including station safety)

Next we prepare a basic quotation or
commence a discussion for this purpose.
For small tasks communication can be by
email and Skype/Line, but typically once
we sort out the basics you should arrange
for a visit as soon as your initial
outsourcing staff have been selected.
