The board of directors in each company within the Belarms Group
are elected for terms of one to three years. Due to the group
relationship with Chinese state enterprises the Hong Kong
board plays a pivotal role among the group companies.
Company policy is to develop boards with sufficient professional
makeup so as so be able to grasp the complexities of company
operations.

Bruce Hatfield - Belarms Group Director
in Beijing. Mr. Hatfield has worked for more
than two decades in the Far East within the
manufacturing and construction sectors in
state and private enterprises.
A qualified commercial lawyer, he speaks
English, French, Chinese and Japanese.
