   The companies in the Belarms Group comprise three groups:
      Construction Engineering - most of the companies in the group
      Energy - Power generation companies
      Property - Investment companies for development purposes
Composition of the Belarms Group by country
   Following is the current makeup of the Belarms Group by country and
company type, with date of initial incorporation in brackets (). The list
begins with East Asia as Hong Kong is the residency of the parent
company of the Belarms Group.

of the Belarms Group

Ur industrial engineering company will be established in 2011 serving as
a main manufacturing unit within the group.

Clark Engineering Base
Construction is planned of a 6-storey building to headquarter our
engineering operations close to Clark Airport in the Philippines.
The headquarters will serve to support engineering operations in
railway and dam construction projects. Also building design and
co-ordination of construction teams will be undertaken from Clark.
